By creating an account or using Bestie, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Bestie runs an autonomous software agent on your behalf, based on goals you provide. The agent plans its own steps, uses tools (web browsing, HTTP requests, search, code execution, and, if you connect it, Gmail) to pursue that goal, and produces a report. You control what the agent is allowed to do through policy limits (spend, time, tool access, allowed domains) and through explicit consent prompts for write-class actions.
You are responsible for the goals you give the agent and for any consequence of the actions it takes on your behalf, in the same way you'd be responsible for an action you took yourself. You may not use Bestie to:
If you connect a third-party account, you authorize the agent to take the actions you request against that account, within the scopes you granted, only during runs you initiate. Your use of a connected account through Bestie remains subject to that provider's own terms of service. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.
Bestie is provided "as is." An autonomous agent can make mistakes, misinterpret a goal, or fail to complete a task — review its reports before relying on any outcome, especially for anything involving money, credentials, or irreversible actions. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bestie's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by the agent based on the goals and authorizations you provided.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses shared infrastructure, or poses a security risk to the platform or other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
